1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between 8888win (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual (hereinafter "you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, browses, registers on, or places a wager through the 8888win website located at https://8888win.app and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Service").

By creating an 8888win account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 8888win Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of this Agreement.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on 8888win, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 8888win strictly enforces the minimum age requirement and will terminate any account found to be held by a person under 21 without prior notice.
• You are accessing the Service as a private individual and not on behalf of any business entity or as a professional gambler for commercial gain on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had an 8888win account closed or suspended due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through the 8888win platform or imposed by a regulatory body.
• You are registering and acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for another person.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the 8888win platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances or pending withdrawals being forfeited.

During the registration process, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, CNIC number, and a valid contact number. You are obligated to keep this information current and to notify 8888win of any material changes.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 8888win Login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

All activity that occurs under your 8888win account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been conducted by you. 8888win shall bear no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to secure your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 8888win support immediately. 8888win will take prompt investigative action but cannot reverse bets that were placed prior to a security notification being received.

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other service.
• Enable OTP-based two-factor authentication from your account security settings.
• Never share your OTP with anyone — 8888win staff will never ask for your OTP.
• Log out of your 8888win session on shared or public devices immediately after use.
• Report any suspicious activity or phishing attempts purporting to be from 8888win to support without delay.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment

All financial transactions on the 8888win platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied to your account balance, deposits, or withdrawals.

Deposits: 8888win accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, and 1LINK. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful transaction confirmation from the respective payment provider. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are available exclusively to KYC-verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. For verified accounts, withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day depending on the receiving financial institution's processing times. 8888win does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals.

Source of Funds: By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are legitimately yours and are not derived from any unlawful activity. 8888win may request source-of-funds documentation as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.

• Deposits may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to 8888win's withdrawal routing rules.
• 8888win reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your 8888win account balance.
• 8888win is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or national payment network interruptions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

8888win offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, reload bonuses, and tournament prize pools denominated in PKR. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion as published on the 8888win platform at the time of the offer.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 8888win promotional offers:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before the associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Eligible Games: Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games and sportsbook bets may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). Specific contribution rates are listed within each promotion's dedicated terms page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirement must be completed within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to your account. Uncompleted bonus funds will expire automatically after this period.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus wagering requirement is active on your account, bets must not exceed PKR 500 per spin or hand unless explicitly permitted in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Active Bonus: Only one bonus may be active on your 8888win account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active will not trigger a new bonus unless the existing bonus has been fully completed or forfeited.
• Abuse: Any player found to be abusing the 8888win bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using irregular wagering patterns designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will have their bonus forfeited and their account reviewed for permanent closure.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 8888win platform — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, or the sportsbook covering PSL, international cricket, and other sports — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market as displayed within the platform at the time of placing the bet.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until 8888win has issued a bet confirmation reference number to the player. 8888win reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason, including bets from players identified as consistently winning or employing advantage-play strategies.

Errors & Malfunctions: In the event of a software error, display malfunction, or obvious pricing error resulting in a bet being offered or accepted at odds materially different from the true market price, 8888win reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Winnings paid as a result of a manifest error may be reclaimed by 8888win from the player's account balance.

Sportsbook — Void Events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond 24 hours, or otherwise fails to reach the minimum required duration for settlement purposes, affected single bets will be voided and stakes returned. Accumulator bets will be settled with the voided selection treated as a non-runner at odds of 1.0.

Maximum Payout: The maximum single-event payout per player per day on the 8888win sportsbook is PKR 50,00,000 unless a higher limit has been agreed in writing for VIP accounts.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8888win platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one account or assisting another person in opening an account on your behalf.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated scripts, bots, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 8888win platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage, whether on casino games or sportsbook markets.
• Collusion with other players on any game or market offered by 8888win, including coordinated betting strategies intended to guarantee profit.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity or using the 8888win platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with a payment provider for deposits that were validly processed by 8888win.
• Attempting to access another player's 8888win account without authorisation.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour toward 8888win support staff or other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

The following responsible gaming tools are available to every 8888win account holder at no charge and can be activated directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 8888win platform, including but not limited to the 8888win brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 8888win or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8888win platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any 8888win content without prior written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8888win shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the 8888win platform or any part thereof.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service, whether planned or unplanned.
• The outcome of any bet or wager placed on the 8888win platform.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues caused by third-party infrastructure providers.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party banking institutions, mobile wallet providers, or national payment networks.

The 8888win platform is provided "as is" and "as available." 8888win makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities at all times.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

8888win collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by players during registration and subsequent platform use in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

8888win does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with third-party KYC verification providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities strictly as required for platform operation and legal compliance.

12 Amendments to Terms

8888win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the address on file and/or by prominent notice on the 8888win platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the 8888win platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the effective date.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 8888win platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 8888win holds its gaming authorisation.

In the event of a dispute between you and 8888win, you are required to first contact the 8888win customer support team and allow a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days for the matter to be resolved through internal escalation before pursuing any external remedy.

8888win maintains a formal complaints procedure. All complaints must be submitted in writing to the support email address provided on this platform. 8888win will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) days.
